- Root vegetables cut into 2-inch chunks - 650g
- Rosemary sprigs, chopped - 2
- Garlic cloves, peeled & sliced - 4
- Olive oil -1 tbsp
- Red wine vinegar - 1 tbsp
- Pepper
- Salt
Directions
- In a mixing bowl, toss root vegetables with olive oil, pepper, and salt until well coated.
- Install a crisper plate in both drawers, then add half of the root vegetables in the zone 1 drawer and the remaining half in the zone 2 drawer, then insert the drawers into the unit.
- Select zone 1, select Air Fry, set the temperature to 170 C, and set the time to 25 minutes.
- Select the Match button to copy the zone 1 settings to zone 2.
- Press the Start/Stop to begin cooking.
- Transfer the root vegetables to a large mixing bowl. Add rosemary, garlic, and red wine vinegar to the vegetables and toss well.
- Return the vegetables to the air fryer drawers and cook for 10 minutes more at 190℃.
- Serve and enjoy.
