- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 1-pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 ½ teaspoons minced fresh rosemary

Directions
- Place the first 4 ingredients in a small microwave-safe bowl microwave on high for 30 seconds.
- Toss the Brussels sprouts in 2 tablespoons of the microwaved mixture.
- Place a crisper plate in each drawer. Put the sprouts in a single layer in each drawer. Insert the drawers into the units.
- Select zone 1, then AIR FRY, then set the temperature to 180°C with a 6-minute timer. To match zone 2 settings to zone 1, choose MATCH. To begin, select START/STOP.
- Remove the sprouts from the drawers after the timer has finished.
- Toss the breadcrumbs with the rosemary and remaining oil mixture| sprinkle over the sprouts.
- Continue cooking until the crumbs are browned, and the sprouts are tender. Serve immediately.
