Ingredients
- 4 (6-ounce) boneless, skin-on salmon fillets (preferably wild-caught)
- 4 tablespoon butter, melted
- 2 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoon fresh Italian parsley, chopped (or 1⁄4 teaspoon dried)
- Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
- Season the fresh salmon with salt and pepper.
- Mix together the melted butter, garlic, and parsley in a bowl.
- Baste the salmon fillets with the garlic butter mixture.
- Place a crisper plate in each drawer. Put 2 fillets in each drawer. Put the drawers inside the unit.
- Select zone 1, then AIR FRY, then set the temperature to 180°C with a 10-minute timer. To match zone 2 settings to zone 1, choose MATCH. To begin, select START/STOP.
- Remove the salmon from the drawers after the timer has finished.
