Crispy Tortilla Chips

Ingredients

  • 4 (6-inch) corn tortillas

  • 1 tbsp Avocado Oil

  • Sea salt to taste

  • Cooking spray

Directions

  1. Spread the corn tortillas on the working surface.

  2. Slice them into bite-sized triangles.

  3. Toss them with salt and cooking oil.

  4. Divide the triangles in the two crisper plates into a single layer.

  5. Return the crisper palates to the Ninja Foodi Dual Zone Air Fryer.

  6. Choose the Air Fry mode for Zone 1 and set the temperature to 200°C and the time to 13 minutes.

  7. Select the “MATCH” button to copy the settings for Zone 2.

  8. Initiate cooking by pressing the START/STOP button.

  9. Toss the chips once cooked halfway through, then resume cooking.

  10. Serve and enjoy.
