Ingredients

  • Chicken drumsticks - 1350g
  • Buttermilk - 60ml
  • Chicken seasoning - 2 tsp
  • Breadcrumbs - 60g
  • Pepper
  • Salt

Directions

  1. Put 15 ml of the oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, dried. Add chicken drumsticks and buttermilk into the zip-lock bag. Seal the bag and place it in the refrigerator for 50 minutes.
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix breadcrumbs, chicken seasoning, pepper, and salt.
  3. Coat each chicken drumstick with the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Install a crisper plate in both drawers, then place half chicken drumsticks in the zone 1 drawer and half in the zone 2 drawer, then insert the drawers into the unit.
  5. S. Select zone 1, select Air Fry, set the temperature to 200°C and set the time to 20 minutes.
  6. Select the Match button to copy the zone i settings to zone 2.
  7. Press the Start/Stop to begin cooking.
  8. Flip the chicken drumsticks halfway through.
  9. Serve and enjoy.
