Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup whole milk
- 3/4 cup brewed espresso, cooled
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup roasted almonds, chopped
- Ninja CREAMi Ice Cream Maker - NC300
Directions
- In a blender, combine the heavy cream, milk, espresso, protein powder, and sugar. Blend until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint container. Add the chopped almonds and mix gently to distribute evenly.
- Place the lid on the container and freeze for at least 24 hours.
- After freezing, insert the container into the Ninja Creami machine.
- Select the 'Ice Cream' program and start the machine.
- Once the cycle is complete, check the consistency. If it's too thick, use the 'Re-spin' option.
- Serve in bowls and enjoy the Coffee Almond Crunch!
