Ingredients

  • Chicken thighs, boneless - 8
  • Brussels sprouts, trimmed & halved - 680g     
  • Olive oil - 2 tsp   
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Parsley, chopped - 2 tbsp
  • Garlic, minced - 1 tsp
  • Olive oil - 2 tbsp
  • Dijon mustard - 1 tbsp
  • Salt - 1/2 tbsp

Directions

  1. Add chicken and all marinade ingredients into the large bowl and mix well. Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator overnight to marinate the chicken.
  2. In a bowl, mix marinated chicken, Brussels sprouts, oil, pepper, and salt.
  3. Install a crisper plate in both drawers, then place half of the chicken sprout mixture in the zone 1 drawer and half in the zone 2 drawer, then insert the drawers into the unit.
  4. Select zone 1, select Bake, set the temperature to 200°C, and set the time to 30 minutes.
  5. Select the Match button to copy the zone 1 settings to zone 2.
  6. Press the Start/Stop to begin cooking.
  7. Stir the chicken sprout mixture halfway through.
  8. Serve and enjoy.
