- Chicken thighs, boneless - 8
- Brussels sprouts, trimmed & halved - 680g
- Olive oil - 2 tsp
- Pepper
- Salt
- Parsley, chopped - 2 tbsp
- Garlic, minced - 1 tsp
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp
- Dijon mustard - 1 tbsp
- Salt - 1/2 tbsp
Directions
- Add chicken and all marinade ingredients into the large bowl and mix well. Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator overnight to marinate the chicken.
- In a bowl, mix marinated chicken, Brussels sprouts, oil, pepper, and salt.
- Install a crisper plate in both drawers, then place half of the chicken sprout mixture in the zone 1 drawer and half in the zone 2 drawer, then insert the drawers into the unit.
- Select zone 1, select Bake, set the temperature to 200°C, and set the time to 30 minutes.
- Select the Match button to copy the zone 1 settings to zone 2.
- Press the Start/Stop to begin cooking.
- Stir the chicken sprout mixture halfway through.
- Serve and enjoy.
