Ingredients

  • 3 eggs
  • 190g frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 80gm heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons honey mustard
  • 110g grated Swiss or Havarti cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • pinch salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • nonstick baking spray with flour
  • Ninja Double Stack XL 9.5L Air Fryer – SL400

Directions

  1. In a medium bowl, beat the eggs until blended. Stir in the spinach, cream, honey mustard, cheese, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  2. Spray a baking pan with nonstick spray. Pour the egg mixture into the pan.
  3. Bake at 160°C for 18 to 22 minutes or until the egg mixture is puffed, light golden brown, and set.
  4. Let cool for 5 minutes, then cut into wedges to serve.
