Ingredients

• 1 C. heavy cream
• 1/2 C. carrot juice
• 1/3 C. light brown sugar
• 2 tbsp. cream cheese frosting
• 1 tsp. vanilla extract
• 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
• Ninja CREAMi Ice Cream Maker-NC300

Directions

1. In a bowl, add all ingredients and beat until well combined.
2. Transfer the mixture into an empty Ninja CREAMi pint container.
3. Cover the container with the storage lid and freeze for 24 hours
4. After 24 hours, remove the lid from container and arrange into the outer bowl of Ninja CREAMi.
5. Install the "Creamerizer Paddle" onto the lid of outer bowl.
6. Then rotate the lid clockwise to lock.
7. Press "Power" button to turn on the unit.
8. Then press "ICE CREAM" button.
9. When the program is completed, turn the outer bowl and release it from the machine.
10. Transfer the ice cream into serving bowls and serve immediately.
