- 3 russet potatoes, cut into bite-sized pieces with skin on
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp fine ground sea salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ red pepper, diced
- Ninja Double Stack XL 9.5L Air Fryer – SL400
Directions
- The potatoes should be washed and scrubbed before being sliced into bite-sized pieces with the skin on.
- Using paper towels, dry them and place them in a large mixing bowl.
- Toss in the spices and drizzle with olive oil. Stir in the pepper until everything is completely combined.
- Line a basket with parchment paper.
- Press either “Zone 1” or “Zone 2” and then rotate the knob to select “Air Fryer”.
- Set the temperature to 195°C, and then set the time for 3 minutes to preheat.
- After preheating, spread the potatoes in a single layer on the sheet.
- Slide basket into Air Fryer and set the time for 15 minutes.
- After cooking time is completed, remove basket from Air Fryer
- Place them on serving plates and serve.
