Blueberry Maple Muscle

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup or preferred sweetener of choice
  • Ninja CREAMi Ice Cream Maker - NC300

Directions

  1. In a blender, combine the blueberries, banana, protein powder, almond milk, and maple syrup. Blend until smooth.
  2. Transfer the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint container.
  3. Place the lid on the container and freeze for at least 24 hours.
  4. After freezing, insert the container into the Ninja Creami machine.
  5. Select the 'Smoothie Bowl' program and start the machine.
  6. Once the cycle is complete, check the consistency. If it's too thick, use the 'Re-spin' option.
  7. Serve in a bowl and enjoy!
