Ingredients

• 2 cups heavy cream
• 1cup whole milk
• 3/4 cup granulated sugar
• 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles
• 1/2 cup yellow cake mix
• Ninja CREAMi Ice Cream Maker - NC300

Directions

1. In a blender, combine the heavy cream, milk, sugar, protein powder, vanilla extract, and yellow cake mix. Blend until smooth.
2. Transfer the mixture into the Ninja Creami pint container. Add the rainbow sprinkles and mix gently to distribute evenly.
3. Place the lid on the container and freeze for at least 24 hours.
4. After freezing, insert the container into the Ninja Creami machine.
5. Select the 'Ice Cream' program and start the machine.
6. Once the cycle is complete, check the consistency. If it's too thick, use the 'Re-spin' option.
