- 455g lean beef mince
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 70g salsa
- ½ teaspoon granulated garlic
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- 100g shredded cheese
- 12 mini corn tortillas

Directions
- Season beef mince with salt in a frying pan and cools over medium-high heat.
- Cook until the meat is nicely browned, stirring frequently and breaking it into fine crumbles. Remove from the heat and drain any remaining grease.
- Stir in the salsa, garlic, chili powder, cumin, and cheese until all ingredients are completely incorporated, and the cheese has melted.
- Warm tortillas on a grill or iron frying pan to make them flexible. Allow them to warm rather than crisp and brown.
- Fill each tortilla with about 1 to 2 tablespoons of the meat mixture and roll it up.
- Press either “Zone 1” or “Zone 2” and then rotate the knob to select “Air Fryer”.
- Set the temperature to 175°C, and then set the time for 5 minutes to preheat.
- After preheating, arrange them into the basket.
- Slide the basket into the Air Fryer and set the time for 6 minutes.
- After cooking time is completed, place on a wire rack for a few minutes, then transfer onto serving plates and serve.
