- 2 teaspoons dried rosemary
- 2 teaspoons dried thyme
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons ground coriander
- 60ml olive oil
- 60ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 910g lamb chops
Directions
- In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the rosemary, thyme, oregano, salt, coriander, olive oil, and lemon juice. Seal the bag and shake to combine.
- Place the lamb chops into the bag, seal it, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Insert crisper plates in the baskets. Place the lamb chop evenly in both baskets, then insert the baskets into the unit. Select Zone 1. Turn the dial to select ROAST. Set the temperature to 200°C and set the time to 3 minutes. Press the MATCH COOK button to copy Zone 1's settings to Zone 2. Press START/ PAUSE to begin cooking in both zones.
- Using tongs, flip the lamb chops and roast for 4 minutes more for medium-rare. Add 1 to 2 minutes for well-done.
