Air Fryer Polenta

Ingredients

  • 455g polenta
  • 30g flour
  • oil for misting or cooking spray

  • Ninja Double Stack XL 9.5L Air Fryer – SL400

Directions

  1. Cut the polenta into ½-inch slices.

  2. Dip slices in flour to coat well. Spray both sides with oil or cooking spray.
  3. Air fry at 200°C for 5 minutes. Turn polenta and spray both sides again with oil.
  4. Cook 8 to 10 more minutes or until brown and crispy.
